Deposits
* Please note, in order to secure your booking a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £25 will be required.
* The deposit will be taken off your final amount once the session is completed, this can be paid by cash or bank transfer.
* When making a future booking, a new deposit will be required.

CANCELLATIONS
* Please provide a minimum of a 48-hour notice if you are unable to go ahead with a booked session.
* We can look to reschedule the session on a future date (without losing your deposit)
* If a session is cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice period, this will result in you losing your deposit. A new deposit will be required should you wish to book again on a future date.
I completely understand that things may pop up, however, this policy is in place to help maximize available slots for other clients who wish to be booked in.
